Relics, Essences and Runestones

Something's missing from last season, specifically, I'm referring to the non-mythril or legendary relic items that were dropped from mobs. These relics were, in my opinion, a vital part of stickymc's custom relics system, and a vital part in obtaining mythrils as salvaging those that were unwanted was essential for obtaining relic fragments.

1) Relics
1a) Bring back low-tier relics.
1b) Improve low-tier relics so that they are not all just relic-fodder.
1ca) Enchantments on all relics are specific for the tool and no tool can have both fortune and silk-touch
1cb) Relic limitations
Mythril relics: give starter tools eff 1, armor protect 1, and sword/axe sharp 1
Legendary relics: Chance for mending and for unbreaking, max of 6 given enchantments, guaranteed 2 empty slots, max 5 empty slots (max 8 total enchantments) can salvaged for a chance for legendary relic core or a high chance for a relic fragment
Majestic relics: chance to have mending, but no chance for unbreaking. max of 5 given enchantments, guaranteed 1 empty slot, max 3 empty slots (max 8 total enchantments) can be salvaged for a chance for a majestic relic core or a chance for a relic fragment
Rare relics: chance to have unbreaking but no chance for mending, max of 4 given enchantments, max 3 empty slots (max 7 total enchantments) cam be salvaged for a chance for a rare relic core or a chance for a relic fragment
Uncommon relics: no chance for mending or for unbreaking, max of 3 given enchantments, max 2 empty slots (max 5 total enchantments) can be salvaged for a chance to receive an uncommon relic core or low chance for a relic fragment
Common relics: no chance for mending or unbreaking, max of 2 given enchantments, max 1 empty slot (max 3 total enchantments) can be salvaged for a chance to receive a common relic core or low chance for a relic fragment
Rusty relics: no given enchantments, no empty rune slots, peculiar. can be salvaged for a guaranteed dusty relic core or relic fragment

2) Essences - let's do more like the mythril essences
2a) essence costs
mythril essence: no change
legendary essence: legendary relic core and 7 relic fragments
majestic essence: majestic relic core and 5 relic fragments
rare essence: rare relic core and 3 relic fragments
uncommon essence: uncommon relic core and 2 relic fragments
common essence: common relic core and 1 relic fragment
2b) This process should allow for the creation of dusty relic cores, which give players a chance to get mythril cores or legendary cores, giving another access route to mythril and legendary relics. the creation and implementation of the others decreases probability of getting the potentially desired core, but with the potentially buffed low-tier relics can result in cores that can be used for tools which may be decent, even if only for temporary use (those without mending)

3) Runestones
Make it so that 3 runestones can combine into an improved runestone of the same kind. Example: expeditious runestone + expeditious runestone + 1 expeditious runestone = expeditious runestone +1, giving depth strider 2. Then expeditious runestone +1 + expeditious runestone +1 + expeditious runestone +1 = expeditious runestone +2, giving depth strider 3, but costing 6 total expeditious runestones, and so forth
summary: it cost 3 runestones to get a +1, 6 to get a +2, 12 to get a +3, etc.
