Raise all prices by like 20k, based off the 80-100k essence.

My original intention for this list was to stabilize the mithril prices, the way I see it everything is overpriced, so I want to fix that. If more people follow this list than mithril essence prices will go down the same path, likely falling to 60-80k. I don't intend to raise or lower many of the prices, but thank you for showing interest!

There's a new manticore set you could add
I'll look into adding holiday sets, the main reason I haven't already is because there isn't a good price. They're now collectibles but not in high demand. Thanks for letting me know though!

oh it isn't a holiday set, it's just a new set in general

It was added in coordination with easter
I can see that, but it seems since the Easter set is no longer available yet the Manticore gear is, may be worth it. Just my personal opinion, though!

How were these prices set?
For most items I took the average price they were selling at and decreased it by a solid amount, others remained the same. Such as random shears that are worth 10k, and other trashy mithrils. I decreased it more than I thought was necessary due to my thought that people are going to look at this list and try to sell slightly above all these prices. That doesn't mean every item is worth more than it's listed, but it does decrease the prices and give newer players a chance to get decent gear.

I get your intention on making mithrils more accessible to players, however these prices are based off of your personal opinions. "took the average price they were selling at and decreased it by a solid amount". How was this solid amount calculated? "I decreased it more than I thought was necessary due to my thought." I don't want to seem as if I am attacking the idea, however my opinion on mithrils is that they should be harder to obtain. Players should grind for these mithrils, and see it as an end goal. These prices that are set, stabilizes the market based off of one person's opinion. The market should fluctuate and move around based on supplies and demands. What does post does is hinders a growing market. This is just my opinion on this matter, however on the contrary, it is nice for new players to know the ballpark of what something they want is worth.

This post gives a general idea of the prices but at the end of the day its the buyer and sellers job to determine a price this is just a tool to help them. The prices on here do not consider the demand of some mithrils so you would also have to take that into account when pricing things. Also, mithrils are no longer the end game items, legendary items are. A big reason for lowering prices is to have the main top tier mithrils still stay generally high in price while leaving the bad ones at a lower price for collectors. I am open to feedback on my post and stuff.

Bigy could not have put into better words, I had forgotten to bring up the fact that mithrils were no longer "Endgame" items in my previous posts. Another reason I set prices lower was due to the increasing amount of them, every day new mithrils are thrown into the economy, and more money is grinded. This combination will eventually lead up to cheaper and cheaper mithrils. I understand that prices may fluctuate due to supply and demand, but I can't imagine any major changes. I will update individual items if it has a high enough liking, such as the glyphs rod. If more jobs are added, or current jobs are rebalanced, prices of some items may change, and that will warrant a price change.
